4 simple workouts for a healthier routine (and you can do it at home)

In just 10 minutes and with no equipment required, Caroline Girvan walks you through 14 exercises designed to tone and activate these muscles, including a four-minute plank. With 2.57 million subscribers, Caroline is a certified personal training influencer, nutrition coach, and pregnancy exercise expert.

4. For stronger arms

In just 10 minutes, Cloe Ting guides us through an intense arm workout, consisting of 14 exercises lasting 40 seconds each. The intervals are short, with just five seconds of rest between movements, and at times the pace is so intense that there is no time to stop. If you feel the need, you can pause the video on YouTube to take a break and hydrate.
